Basic information about the port of ZHANJIANG
The port of ZHANJIANG is located on the southwestern tip of China’s Guangdong province. Previously a minor fishing port, it was designed and reconstructed as China’s first modern port in the 1950s. It’s equipped with facilities for dangerous goods, petroleum, and chemicals. In 2004, the port became a land, sea and air transport hub.
